Who are we?  AJS is a “family - owned” organization headquartered in Kisii, Kenya and having branches in Nairobi, Kericho and Sotik. The Company is 100% Kenyan owned and all active directors have obtained their professional qualifications from reputed universities in the U.S. 

What do we do? AJS employs several hundred people and operates two stone crushing quarries that manufacture aggregate and precast concrete products including paving-blocks : it has a CBA with the Kenya Quarry & Mine Workers Union  which protects the interests of all employees.

We are also one of the largest civil engineering construction companies in Western Kenya and undertake large road construction projects

AJS is part of the largest network of motor vehicle dealers that market and distribute Isuzu trucks and buses in Kenya. Together, the network operates branches in Nairobi, Nakuru, Kisumu, Kisii, Mombasa, Eldoret and Meru where we provide complete sales and after-sales support to Isuzu customers in Kenya.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) AJS is committed to being a good “Corporate Citizen” and to that effect we have embarked on an ambitious project of constructing one water protection point every month for 2006 in various parts of Bonchari constituency. This project is jointly managed by the people of Bonchari and AJS employees.
